The area at the top of the picture is the bright nebula IC1318A. The open cluster Do 6, towards the top left, is surrounded by the nebulosity DWB 84 however the nebulosity that joins the two, brightest around TYC 3159-356-1 (20 19 21.69 +41 23 29.03), seems to be unreported.

The curious linear features stretching north at 20 14 03 +41 18 40 can be confirmed in the DSS images (see below) but do not appear in Simbad. This just might be a new discovery.
