The telescope used for these 120 second V band exposures is a Takahashi Epsilon 250mm F/3.8 astrograph with a ST-8XE CCD camera mounted on a Paramount GT1100ME mount.

The disappearing star at 06 38 35.3 +08 59 41.9 is the Mira variable RZ Mon with a spectral type of M6
